Is this you?

Signs it is time
to build something.

These are the situations we are usually called in for. If two or three sound familiar, it is worth a conversation.

  1. It is slow, especially on a phone

Most visitors arrive on mobile. Heavy templates and plugin stacks cost you enquiries before the page has finished loading.

  2. Changing it is a project

Small edits wait on a developer or break something else. The people who own the content should be able to update it.

  3. It explains you but does not convert

There is no clear next step, nothing measures what happens, and it is hard to find in search.

  4. You have outgrown the template

Quoting, booking, accounts or integrations are being forced into a theme that was never meant to hold them.

What we build

Website development
in practice.

Specific things we design, build and hand over, each scoped around your operation rather than picked from a menu.

  • Business websites

A clear structure, direct copy and calls to action designed around the enquiry you want to receive.

  • Web applications

Booking and quoting tools, dashboards and member areas behind a secure login.

  • Customer portals

One place for customers to see their orders, documents and status, connected to your own systems.

  • Performance and accessibility

Core Web Vitals, semantic markup and WCAG 2.2 AA as engineering targets, not a late audit.

  • Search foundations

Structured data, sitemaps, redirects and analytics configured at launch so a good site can be found.

  • Editing that works

A content workflow your team can use without calling a developer.

Built for Ireland

Designed around
how Irish business works.

Irish businesses operate under EU rules, sell in euro, and answer to customers who expect things to just work. Those constraints shape how we build from the first sketch.

How a project runs

From a stubborn problem
to working software.

No surprises: scope and price are agreed in writing before any build begins, and you can use real progress at every cycle.

  1. Free opportunity assessment

We map how the work runs today and rank opportunities by impact and effort, so you know where to start.

  2. Scope and quote

A focused scope, clear success criteria and a written quote, agreed before anyone commits.

  3. Build in working cycles

Software you can use at every cycle, built and integrated with human oversight where judgement matters.

  4. Launch and support

Handover, documentation and, if you want it, ongoing support and improvement.

Proof, not promises

We built Declared.

A search-first public website over nine official datasets, built so every connection on the page links back to its source.

Questions

What people ask
before they start.

How much does a business website cost in Ireland?

It depends on scope. The main drivers are how many page types you need, how much custom functionality sits behind them, what it integrates with, and how much content has to be written or migrated. A brochure site and a customer portal are very different projects, so we scope before we quote and put the price in writing.

Custom website or WordPress: which is right?

WordPress is a sensible choice when a theme and a few plugins do what you need. Custom makes sense when performance, security, bespoke functionality or long-term maintainability matter more than the lowest starting cost. We will tell you honestly which one fits.

Do I own the code and the content?

Yes. The code, content, domain and hosting accounts are yours, and we document how everything fits together.

Can you improve my existing site instead of rebuilding it?

Often. We start with an audit of speed, accessibility, search and conversion, and recommend the smallest change that solves the real problem.

Will the new site rank on Google?

Nobody can promise rankings. What we can do is build the technical foundations, structure and content model that let a good site be found, and measure what happens afterwards.
