Frontier

Automate the admin,
keep the judgement.

Frontier connects the systems your business already uses and automates the manual steps between them: data entry, approvals, reporting and hand-offs. Processes run reliably in the background and tell you when something needs a person.

Is this you?

Signs it is time
to build something.

These are the situations we are usually called in for. If two or three sound familiar, it is worth a conversation.

  1. Spreadsheets are doing the job of a system

Critical processes live in files that one person understands and everyone is afraid to change.

  2. The same data is typed twice

Details move from the website to the CRM to the accounts by hand, and the copies drift apart.

  3. Approvals happen in inboxes

Requests wait on whoever is out of office, and nobody can see where anything stands.

  4. The monthly report takes days

Numbers are collected by hand from several places, so by the time they are ready they are already out of date.

What we build

Business automation
in practice.

Specific things we design, build and hand over, each scoped around your operation rather than picked from a menu.

  • Workflow automation

Multi-step processes that run on a trigger or a schedule, with retries, alerts and an audit trail.

  • System integration

APIs, webhooks and data sync between your CRM, website, accounting and operations tools.

  • Approval flows

Requests routed to the right person, with reminders, deadlines and a record of every decision.

  • Automated reporting

Dashboards and scheduled reports that pull from source systems, so the numbers are current.

  • Data clean-up and migration

Moving from spreadsheets and legacy tools into something structured, without losing history.

  • Monitoring and alerts

Automations that report their own failures, so nothing breaks silently.

Built for Ireland

Designed around
how Irish business works.

Irish businesses operate under EU rules, sell in euro, and answer to customers who expect things to just work. Those constraints shape how we build from the first sketch.

How a project runs

From a stubborn problem
to working software.

No surprises: scope and price are agreed in writing before any build begins, and you can use real progress at every cycle.

  1. Free opportunity assessment

We map how the work runs today and rank opportunities by impact and effort, so you know where to start.

  2. Scope and quote

A focused scope, clear success criteria and a written quote, agreed before anyone commits.

  3. Build in working cycles

Software you can use at every cycle, built and integrated with human oversight where judgement matters.

  4. Launch and support

Handover, documentation and, if you want it, ongoing support and improvement.

Proof, not promises

We built Declared.

Nine official sources ingested, refreshed and cross-referenced automatically, with the time of each refresh shown on the page.

Questions

What people ask
before they start.

How do I know what to automate first?

Look for work that is repetitive, rule-based and done often. Our free opportunity assessment maps how the work runs today and ranks opportunities by impact and effort, so you start where the return is clearest.

Should we use Zapier or Make, or build custom?

No-code tools are a good fit for simple, low-volume flows. Custom automation makes sense when volume, reliability, complex logic, sensitive data or long-term cost matter. We will tell you if a simpler tool is enough.

What if one of our systems has no API?

There are usually options, from file exports and email parsing to scheduled imports. We assess each system and recommend the most reliable route.

Will automation replace my team?

The aim is to remove repetitive tasks so people can spend their time on work that needs judgement and relationships. We design automations around your team, with a person in the loop where it matters.

What does business process automation cost?

It depends on the number of systems, the complexity of the rules and how critical the process is. We agree scope first and quote in writing.
