AI agents
that work inside your systems.

An AI agent is software that can read, decide and act across your systems within limits you set. We build agents for Irish SMEs and growing teams that take on real operational work, with clear boundaries, human review and results you can measure.

Is this you?

Signs it is time
to build something.

These are the situations we are usually called in for. If two or three sound familiar, it is worth a conversation.

  1. Skilled people spend the day moving information

Reading emails and documents, re-keying details and chasing status are rules plus judgement, which is where agents fit.

  2. A chatbot did not help

Chatbots answer. Agents act: they look things up in your systems, draft, update records and escalate. That takes integration, not just a prompt.

  3. The answers live in documents nobody can find

Policies, contracts and past work that an assistant could search and cite, grounded in your own sources.

  4. You want AI but you are wary of the risk

That is the right instinct. We design for oversight with logged actions, approvals for sensitive steps and clear failure behaviour.

What we build

AI agent development
in practice.

Specific things we design, build and hand over, each scoped around your operation rather than picked from a menu.

  • Document and email agents

Extract, validate and route invoices, applications and forms into your systems, and flag anything uncertain for review.

  • Knowledge assistants

Answers across your documents with citations back to the exact source.

  • Workflow agents

Multi-step processes that read, decide, update and notify across the tools you already use.

  • Service agents

First-line responses using live data from your systems, with a clean handover to a person.

  • Evaluation and guardrails

Test sets, approval steps, audit logs and cost and quality monitoring, so you know how it behaves over time.

  • AI feasibility assessment

A short, free look at where AI will and will not pay back, before you commit to a build.

Built for Ireland

Designed around
how Irish business works.

Irish businesses operate under EU rules, sell in euro, and answer to customers who expect things to just work. Those constraints shape how we build from the first sketch.

How a project runs

From a stubborn problem
to working software.

No surprises: scope and price are agreed in writing before any build begins, and you can use real progress at every cycle.

  1. Free opportunity assessment

We map how the work runs today and rank opportunities by impact and effort, so you know where to start.

  2. Scope and quote

A focused scope, clear success criteria and a written quote, agreed before anyone commits.

  3. Build in working cycles

Software you can use at every cycle, built and integrated with human oversight where judgement matters.

  4. Launch and support

Handover, documentation and, if you want it, ongoing support and improvement.

Proof, not promises

We built Declared.

Declared is not an AI product, but the principle carries over: every connection shows where it came from and how it was made, and what is not known is said plainly.

Questions

What people ask
before they start.

What is an AI agent?

Software that uses an AI model to work towards a goal: reading inputs, deciding what to do, and taking actions in your systems, within limits you define. A good agent also records what it did and asks a person when it is unsure.

How are AI agents different from chatbots?

A chatbot answers questions in a conversation. An agent connects to your systems and does work, such as updating a record, drafting a reply or routing a document. Many useful agents have no chat window at all.

How much does AI agent development cost in Ireland?

It depends on how many systems the agent touches, how clean the underlying data is, how risky a wrong action would be and how much evaluation it needs. We begin with a free opportunity assessment to find the first agent worth building, then quote against a fixed scope.

Is it safe to connect AI to our systems?

It can be, with the right design: least-privilege access, approvals for sensitive actions, full logging, tested failure behaviour and monitoring. We build those in from the first version.

What should we automate first?

Start with work that is repetitive, uses digital inputs, follows rules with some judgement and can be measured. Invoice handling, enquiry triage and document checking are common starting points.
